When did the Demo release?

The Fart Together Demo went live on October 8, 2026 as a free download, separate from the Early Access listing. As of October 24, 2026, Steam shows 472 user reviews at 89% positive (Very Positive) on the demo page, not on the main EA listing, which still has no user reviews for the full app.

GamesMrkt said the demo is part of October 2026 Steam Next Fest (LinkedIn post, October 10, 2026), and the demo store page links to the Next Fest sale hub. Third-party fest trackers cite Valve’s usual October 19–26, 2026 (10:00 PDT) window; confirm on Steam if festival timing matters for you. Step-by-step demo install notes live in the demo guide.

How long will Early Access last?

GamesMrkt expects Early Access to last approximately 2–3 months, according to the Steam Early Access FAQ. During EA they plan more courses, obstacles, game modes, characters, and customization, while the current build is described as a playable physics-based online co-op obstacle course for 2–4 players. Team Race is still in development and is not included in this build.

Steam has not published a patch schedule beyond those FAQ statements.

Is there a full release date after Early Access?

Steam has not announced a separate 1.0 or full release calendar date. What is confirmed is the October 29, 2026 Early Access start. Developers say Early Access buyers will receive the full release at no additional cost when it ships, and they plan a lower EA price than the later full-release price. See price for what Steam has and has not published about cost.

How do I wishlist or follow on Steam?

Open the Fart Together Steam store page, sign in, and click “Add to your wishlist.” Use Follow on the same page if you want news and launch alerts in Steam. Wishlist does not charge you; it only queues notifications.

While you wait, you can install the free demo and skim system requirements if your PC is borderline. New to the concept? What is Fart Together summarizes the Steam store pitch without claiming hands-on playtesting from this site.

What we are not claiming yet

This fan guide is not affiliated with GamesMrkt, and we have not played a pre-release EA build. We are not predicting day-one patches, server status, or delay announcements. If Steam moves the date, the store page wins.
